We can't say enough about Anna Fox! She was with us from the first time we reached out to her and met us at our convenience each and every time moving from TN to VA. She showed us everything in our price range, even listings we didn't know about, and ultimately worked a difficult bargain with another listing agency to get us the home of our dreams!! Working with Anna to purchase a home that was right for us was a great experience. Along with her warm good humor, I really appreciated her taking the time to provide knowledgeable, thoughtful answers to my questions. In a 2021 market that didn't offer many choices for buyers in my price range, Anna never pressured me toward choosing something I didn't want. Instead, she offered ideas and guidance, but gave me time and space to make informed decisions each step of the process.

My wife Gail and I came too Anna with a gargantuan task, wee needed a house in the Winchester area within 2 weeks..I contacted Anna about a spot of land we were not sure was even right for us out of urgency to relocate. We told Anna what we were looking for and she told me she was on it. Almost immediately my emails were flooded with housing opportunities. I WAS ASTOUNDED! Anna kept her word! No other realtor even looked our way, but Anna was like a bloodhound! She sent me this property in Hedgesville, we were sold, But we had a deadline, Anna told me she could make it happen...and she did! Again keeping her word to me. We felt lost in the beginning and didn't even know where to start looking for our first home together, Anna made that go away. I don't trust alot of people in this world, im proud to say Anna Fox is one person I do trust now. If she says she will do it she does....at this present time my wife and I are currently warm and cozy in our new home. THANK YOU ANNNA FOX AND ICON REALTY IN WINCHESTER...Ware dedinatly happy customers...oh wait...Proud home owners!!!
