About Anna-Marie

After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Anna-Marie Boykin set off to Orlando, Florida to work for The Walt Disney Company. Here she learned the importance of customer service and adequate communication all while celebrating what makes everyone unique.

In 2015, Anna-Marie Boykin took a break from The Walt Disney company to pursue her dreams of working in Real Estate. She started in real estate as the marketing manager and assistant to a successful broker team in the central Florida area. From this experience, Anna-Marie learned the importance of effective marketing when selling a home and what it actually takes to get a home to sell in a changing market. She also learned the importance of excellent communication with clients and serving them above all else.

“Being under a top producing broker really propelled my experience as a Realtor further than I could have imagined. It was kind of like being an apprentice to one of the best Realtors in town. You get to see what they do really well from their years of experience, so then you just know what works and what doesn’t.”

From there, Anna-Marie got the call to go back to The Walt Disney Company where she continued her real estate career with a once in a lifetime opportunity to sell homes at Golden Oak at Walt Disney World. As a Sales Coordinator at Golden Oak, Anna-Marie was able to gain further knowledge of development and new construction homes. She was also able to learn what selling a home on a global scale truly meant as well as “selling a lifestyle” in a resort community with luxury homes.

“I felt like I was living my own Cinderella story, touring people through gorgeous homes every single day. As a realtor, it was an absolute dream come true to see other people’s dreams come true because they were buying a home in such a special place.”

After 2021 the desire to be closer to family became more important so she and her husband moved back home to the Augusta, GA area. Today, Anna-Marie serves homeowners and homebuyers in both Georgia and South Carolina, primarily focusing on the surrounding Augusta and Aiken area. She lives in North Augusta, SC with her husband, who is an assistant band director in Columbia County and her spunky Havanese dog Franklin. She absolutely loves everything about living in the CSRA. When she is not touring homes, she enjoys traveling to exciting locations, eating at fun places, and spending time with her family.
