Anna has a diverse background in architecture, design, commercial real estate development, and city process. She aims to offer her clients a high level of personalized and friendly service, a distinct and relevant skill set, and an understanding of real estate not common with traditional agents. Her background in real estate development and city process has developed her into a skilled, and savvy negotiator – recognizing points of negotiation which are all too often overlooked, making her an incredible asset to investors and first-time home buyers, as they search for their perfect piece of real estate.
Anna’s background in Architecture and Design began at the University of Michigan when she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Prior to branching into commercial real estate development and real estate sales, Anna worked the first 7 years of her career in architecture and design in the Los Angeles and Orange County, California areas. Anna is available to consult on design and renovation projects, as well as project management and city process through her company Shore Break Designs.
Anna prides herself on her authenticity - don't expect a stuffy know-it-all, rather someone who you feel you've known forever. She takes great pride in her work ethic, tenacity and drive. Anna is a born leader who loves to teach and inspire. She'll make sure this process is about YOU and she'll share all of the knowledge she's amassed to-date, as well as all of the tools and resources she has available to her. In her free time, Anna feeds her wanderlust with plenty of travel, adventure, and new experiences - including live music, being outdoors, running and spending time with her friends, family, dog (Big Whiskey) and cat (Stella).
