Originally from Alsace, France, Anne now lives and works in San Francisco. She also serves southern Marin County. Anne has been part of the real estate industry for more than six years now. Her good friend and mentor Joel Goodrich encouraged her to turn her passion for architecture and the housing market into a career.
Not only did Anne receive the Rookie of the Year award during her first year on the job, but she also achieved the top 10% of agents within the first two years of starting in the business and recently achieved the top 1% with the help of her team!
Before that, Anne received her master's degree in economics and attended INSEEC Business school in Paris, France. She progressed into sales and business development in the competitive Silicon Valley startup world. There, Anne's leadership skills helped her create several successful teams and innovative strategies. Her time in Silicon Valley has paid off in spades with her real estate career as she's a shrewd negotiator and enthusiastic, personable businesswoman. She loves to win for her clients!
Her analytic approach and business savvy have helped her build solid cases when it comes to pricing. Having spent more than 30 years negotiating large and complex deals has turned her into a sharp entrepreneur (without being a jerk!). She strongly believes you can make amazing deals for your client without being rude and spreads love and positivity everywhere she goes.
One thing Anne's clients consistently praise her for is her positive energy. She takes her clients by the hand and really tries to understand their goals, needs, time/budgetary constraints, and family life to acquire the best properties or sell them for the highest possible price. Plus, she's very patient and responsive.
From the varied and exciting architecture and incredible weather to the gorgeous topography consisting of the bay, mountains, and hills, there is nothing Anne loves more than living in California's Golden City. Very few major metropolitan areas have such a diverse lifestyle while also functioning as a primary business center.
On the weekends, you'll often find Anne enjoying the many outdoor activities San Francisco has to offer, such as windsurfing, tennis, biking, and hiking. Anne has four children, two college graduates and two in high school. Her husband, who is also from France, is a tech industry entrepreneur.
