After graduating from college, Annette worked in commercial real estate for large public and private firms, managing Class A office, retail and industrial assets. Over the course of her career, Annette developed essential negotiating skills in representing commercial landlords in lease transactions, and in commercial property acquisitions and dispositions. Annette's strengths are helping her clients build wealth by finding value in their personal residence and repositioning investment properties through IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Annette's interests and activities include volunteer work for Woman’s Club of Laguna Beach, animal rights causes, yoga, and hiking.
