Tony was great to work with! He helped us find a home in our very tight timeline as we were only able to look at houses for one weekend coming from Massachusetts to NC. He allowed us to see around 10 houses over 2 days and added in an additional last minute house at our request. Tony quickly learned what we wanted, did not push us at any point in the process, and knew exactly how to negotiate a fair price with the seller of the house. Tony was great for my family and our home search!

I came to know Tony a little over 5 years ago as my wife and I started looking for our first home. Tony is a true professional. Buying a home is a stressful process, especially when you’re moving to a new city/state. Tony and his team at Linda Craft took on most of that pain for us. Tony Fink and the entire team at Linda Craft exceeded my expectations. I sold my current home and purchased a new home with them. They went above and beyond in working with the builder for the new home and negotiating with the buyers of the current home. They handled all the details and communications for me. They also arranged for an excellent home inspector (Tim Speice at US Inspect) and wonderful closing attorney (Horsley Law, Ana and Jeff were amazing!). The process with all of them was smooth and any challenges presented in the process by others were handled by the Linda Craft team immediately. They ensured my closing occurred on time despite some errors on the lenders part. And Tony and the team ensured any items needing post closing follow up by the builder were addressed. My sincere thanks goes to Tony and the team for all they’ve done and continue to do.

I came across Linda Craft & Team via a google search for the top realtors in the Raleigh/Wake Forest Area and sent them a message via their website. Tony responded within 20 minutes and we met up with him that weekend to discuss our desires in a house. Since we were from CA, the market was different in terms of different types of deposits, different styles of houses, etc. Tony took the time to discuss our concerns, brought us up to speed on how the NC housing market works, and things to look out for. He is very knowledable and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He even follows up after you close on the house to see how things are going and helps us out with referrals for contractors! Would most definitly recommend!
