Anthony helped me sell my house from my previous marriage. He helped me find contractors when we needed to get work done for the house at a reasonable price. He helped find buyers and make negotiations so that everyone involved was please with the outcome.

We picked Anthony not only because he was a local agent but because of his experience, knowledge, and his personality. His experience to help us not only get the best price for our house but his expertise on how to get the property ready to sell and how to advertise and promote the property. He stayed on top of everything 100% day and night like he had nothing else to do but I am sure he had other clients as well. He was always available to answer questions when needed. I have worked with Anthony Keane for over 2 years. He has helped me buy two homes and sell one. I truly can’t say enough good things about working with Anthony! He legitimately treats you like you’re his only client. Answering any and all questions promptly, and teaches you a bunch along the way of buying/selling a home. When I first worked with Anthony, he took much of the stress out of finding the perfect home, since I originally had zero knowledge of the buying process and what I wanted/could afford. He is honest, and most importantly, you learn quick it’s not about the paycheck for him. He genuinely loves his job and helping people find the home they are looking for. He’s a great agent and contact to have both during the buying/selling process and after. I honestly couldn’t recommend his services enough!

Best Realtor! I am a first time home buyer and i could not have asked for a better realtor than Anthony. Anthony took the time to understand what i was looking for in a house and made sure to tailor our searches to that criteria. During the house tours he was very honest and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the house. He also took the time to teach me about things to look for when touring a house. Anthony was very helpful in the listing and selling process of our old home and the search of our current home in a preferred area. We told him that we had a goal to have the house listed and sold by a certain time and he guided us in the right direction to ensure our goal was met. With his help, we were able to list and sell our home within a week.
In the midst of getting our old home ready to be listed on the market, Anthony helped us find our "forever home". Because of Anthony's knowledge of flipping properties, he was very helpful with letting us know what work needed to be done in the short term and the potential long term house renovations. Anthony's negotiation skills and keeping us in the loop with everything from beginning to end in the buying process made us very comfortable in every step along the way. Anthony is the best. Diligent, responsive, and great to work with. He managed my rental property for years, and dealt with every issue promptly and professionally. When I decided to sell, he listed it and we were under contract almost immediately! The deal had its challenges, but Anthony handled everything and got us to closing. Anthony is one of a kind. Down to earth, straight forward, no games. He walked us through the home selling process, assisting in the hoops our local municipality likes to put in place to sell a home, and made it happen in less than 1.5 months! Listing was under contract after 3 days, closed in a month, and answered all of our questions either via email or telephone in a prompt manner, even while he was on vacation with his family. Since then he has also helped me sell some other property and it was just as smooth. Top of the line, the best you can get.
