From the start of my search for a brilliant home suiting my preferences, Anthony has been a great resource and support to help me navigate the ins and outs of home-buying. He was accommodating and hugely responsive to any questions/concerns I had whenever we checked out a potential home. Anthony showed considerable care for the process by showing me what to look out for and factors to consider when evaluating a property.

Once I found a home to my liking, Anthony was meticulous through each step of the home-buying process and walked me through much of the crucial information I needed to know. He even went above and beyond after I had secured my home to follow up with additional details on setting up utilities and cleaning up the property for my move-in.

Recently moved to the Bay Area and buying a home in a seller’s market during a pandemic in one of the country’s most competitive markets is not something I want to repeat any time soon. Anthony was great. He was able to read me and gave me candid feedback on each of the prospective properties we viewed. The seller stopped scheduling showings but Anthony moved fast to submit my offer while ensuring I would actually be able to see the property before the next step. When I first met Anthony Martinez, he explained his job is more catered to Service Clients than sales.
His thorough knowledge of home construction and the SF market . Every tine I viewed a new property Anthony would perform methodical inspection, looking for any signs of problems and feedback on the quality of construction, finish , appliances etc etc...Anthony also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get the price I’m comfortable with.
