About Armand

Folks born and raised in Chapel Hill will tell you that even living here since 1982, as I have, does not qualify you as a true Chapel Hill native. So, a long time ago, I decided to deepen my Chapel Hill roots by marrying my Carolina Girl. And for a long while we lived in the house she grew up in, right in downtown Chapel Hill. Ah, the college basketball games we have seen at our home. From our front yard we could hear the crowd roar at Kenan Stadium. We watched the seasons change by seeing the students come and go. Chapel Hill is a special place. And, btw - I hear they have a really good basketball team over in Durham, too...

What does this have to do with Real Estate? Just to say that I appreciate and enjoy living in the Triangle area. I know it well - all of it: Durham, Hillsborough, Pittsboro, Cary, Apex & Raleigh included along with Chapel Hill/Carrboro. I feel I am a great ambassador of our wonderful area.
