Armando Oliva holds a California Real Estate Brokers License Brokers since 2002. In addition to having represented hundreds of clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate, business sales and commercial property throughout Southern California, Armando trains new real estate agents through his TheRealtyAcademy.com school. To say Armando breathes, eats & lives real estate is an understatement.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers throughout Southern California, Armando owns and is the President of The Realty Academy Inc., the leading real estate education school in Los Angeles. Armando also owned and operated the popular Woodland Hills Athletic Club, a 2500-member health club, affectionately known as the WHAC. Prior to real estate, Armando owned and operated Training Solutions, a national training company serving healthcare and corporate clients. Armando was responsible for placing lifesaving AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) in many local schools, businesses, and community centers. Armando's company was recognized by the American Heart Association for training over 26,000 people in life saving CPR.
