Ash did a fantastic job selling my townhouse in Fairfax. From the start, he took the lead in planning and executing the marketing of the house. Ash arranged for the professional staging of the townhouse and held a successful open house. The bottom line was a solid contract in four days and 50K over the listing price. I would definitely use Ash again and have referred him to friends.
