Ashley Goodroe

Ashley Goodroe is a 20+ year commercial real estate veteran, joining eXp Realty, one of the largest and fastest growing real estate firms in the country, in 2019. Ashley is also an Associate Broker with a Bachelor of Science, who specializes in sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management around the lake and surrounding areas. She has consistently been the top producing commercial agent in the Lake Area for the past 15+ years. She prides herself in making sure her clients understand the complex commercial sales and leasing process as well as assisting them in making positive decisions for their business and investment needs.

She holds her CCIM designation, which is the top designation for commercial agents internationally. The CCIM program is an educational, experience, and volume driven designation that is only held by the top 6% of the commercial agents nationally and recognizes proven experts in the commercial real estate and investment disciplines.

Ashley worked with S&K Development from 2006-2010, where she managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial condominiums, townhouses and shopping centers. She also gained management experience while working for Reynolds American Properties managing the grounds of their commercial property owners association, Lake Oconee Village, which encompasses 609 acres of property along Highway 44. Ashley has extensive knowledge of management and customer satisfaction, working with over 100 businesses and property owners to ensure the properties were up to the high standards expected by each of them.

Ashley is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Realtors Land Institute, the Lake Country Board of Realtors, where she served as the 2019 President, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. She currently serves on the LCBR MLS Committee and Programs/Events Committee, and the GAR Professional Standards committee. She is also a member of the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association, the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam County.
