With her strong negotiation skills, Ashley is committed to advocating for her clients, ensuring they get the best possible outcomes in every transaction.

In addition to her work in real estate, Ashley co-owns Hoffbauer Disposal Services with her husband and is an active member of the surrounding communities. She services on the boards of several local events, always looking for ways to give back and make a positive impact.
