It took only one call to Ashley, she handled the rest. Ashley is so efficient, not only does she listen to what you are looking for, she jumps into action, sends you links to property, add her own notes. Out of State? no issue, she offers face time walk thru which is a huge plus when houses are disappearing quickly from the market and you do not have time to fly down. Once a property is selected, Ashley has many connections to help with mortgage, insurance, survey, inspection, lawyer AND she stays on top of all the paperworks like an orchestra conductor. This is my second experience with Ashley and she is top notch, I am recommending her to anyone looking for properties in North and South Carolinas.

Let me tell you, if you you are looking for a great, down to earth, and personable/relatable realtor, Ashley is the perfect fit. My husband and I are first time home buyers and were a little nervous of what was to come of this process. You know, most people tell you home buying is stressful and takes a long time.

We could not have been more pleased with how smooth and stress free this experience was. Ashley was on top of it all! She is great at communicating and flexible to your needs.

I am happy to say, just after less than 3 weeks of working with her, she helped us find a great home where we put in an offer. Our offer was accepted and we moved in less than 30 days after.

We were honestly so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Ashley in purchasing our first home.

Do NOT sit on the opportunity to work with her. Instead, RUN.

Ashley made my experience buying my first home so easy! She was insanely responsive and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. The only reason I was able to get the house I did was by sending Ashley the link at around 9am one day and asking if we could go see it. At 9:45am the same day we were at the house of my dreams and putting in an offer. It had just been put on the market and the sellers received other offers that day, so if she hadn’t been so responsive and flexible there is no way I would have gotten it! Do yourself a HUGE favor and hire Ashley as your realtor!
