Ashley is a passionate and market savvy real estate agent. She puts her client's best interests and satisfaction first! A longtime resident of Charlottesville, Virginia, Ashley Palmer has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, she launched a successful career as a computer programmer; however, she soon found herself seeking a new opportunity that better spoke to her outgoing personality. Around that time, she met her husband, Gary Palmer, who was in the process of opening his own brokerage firm. Inspired, Ashley decided to switch paths, pursue her real estate license, and join him in the business in 2017. She is a REALTOR® whom assists clients throughout Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and the surrounding counties of Central Virginia. Currently ranked among the top 3% of agents in the region, she has cultivated a hands-on process to meet the needs of any buyer or seller.

When listing a property, Ashley is there for her clients each step of the way. After helping them fully prepare their home for the market, she shares their listing via a highly targeted blend of digital and social media campaigns. Meanwhile, she leverages proven outlets like direct mailers and her own popular YouTube channel to give clients an added advantage in the leadup to their standout open house showing. Elsewhere, Ashley is just as attentive when assisting her buyers, thoughtfully guiding them to the right investment for their best interests. In fact, she prefers to keep in touch long after the closing through regular check-ins, market updates, and appreciation events—all to ensure her clients are thriving in their new homes. Over the years, she has earned a fantastic reputation throughout Central Virginia, with much of her volume coming from repeat clients and referrals.

Outside of real estate, Ashley is dedicated to her community, serving as Chair of fundraising and on the board of directors of Child Health Partnership, a non-profit organization that encourages the healthy development of infants and children in Charlottesville. When she is not with clients or giving back, she can be found spending quality time at home with her family or traveling the globe.
