Ashlyn was extremely helpful when it came to the steep learning curve my wife and I had to encounter when buying our first and now current home. Naturally, we found our selves naive in process of buying a home but Ashlyn was always there to keep us grounded in why we should be steadfast for the home we believe should be ours. And it worked!

Trusting the process is such a hard thing to do but having those sobering reminders to not settle and be patient worked out VERY well for us. I was really impressed by her genuine approach of making us feel important and putting us in the driver seat.

Thank you Ashlyn for your amazing work. Your philosophy; your attention to details and terms resulted in this amazing home that went far beyond what we dreamed of. Thank you for being so responsive to calming our concerns on those nights that would’ve most likely lead to lack of sleep. Thanks for being more than an agent but our Friend.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ashlyn in multiple real estate transactions (as a buyer and seller) and I cannot imagine working with any other realtor!

She is an incredible buyer's agent; she has extensive knowledge of just about every neighborhood in Seattle, so not only can she identify the perfect street for you to live on, she can ensure your favorite restaurant or hangout spot is near by! She is a tenacious and fierce negotiator and has a strong understanding of the market and can really steer you in the right direction toward a deal.

As a seller's agent, not only do you have her at your disposal, but she has an incredible network of other agents and buyers. Her network also extends to trustworthy lenders, inspectors, cleaning companies, just about anything you need to buy or sell a home. She did a lot of work with me as well to ensure the property was ready to be sold for top dollar, and after the staging and photos were complete, I almost didn't want to sell anymore because my condo looked SO beautiful!

She was super helpful when it came to explaining anything I had questions about, and she was also ALWAYS responsive to any time I reached out. I have recommended her to multiple friends, who have all also had great experiences with her as well!! If there were an award for Best Realtor Ever, I am pretty sure Ashlyn would have shelves full of trophies, and every single one would be well-deserved.

I don't ever want to sell the last property she helped be buy, but she will be the first person I call if I have to!

Ashlyn is an incredible real estate agent and wonderful person! As a first time homebuyer, she was patient and understanding with me and answered my millions of questions. She walked me through each step of the process so that I felt confident in each decision and understood what would happen next. In this crazy market, she never lost hope and reassured me that my perfect home was out there. Whenever I felt disheartened, she stayed positive and made me feel like I had a teammate through this process. Ashlyn found me my dream home and I could not be happier!
