Adaisha helped us buy our first home and I can not recommend her more! We purchased a new build while living out of state and she was there every step of the way. She was able to visit the site in person when we couldn't and meet with our builders so that we felt confident about every step moving forward. Adaisha made sure to walk us through everything virtually and it was such a pleasure to meet her in person when the day came for our walk-through! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area! Her communication is quick and thorough and she will make you feel comfortable through the entire process. My husband and I are a couple in our 80s who were recently faced with a medical situation that made it necessary for us to move from our home of 45 years. Imagine facing packing up a house full of 45 years of “stuff” and getting the house ready to sell at our age. Whew, that is enough stress to knock anyone down! Enter Autumn, Patrick and Chrissy to the rescue - they had things under control in no time!! Autumn got the sale underway, found a buyer on the first day of listing, and negotiated a top dollar price for us. Patrick packed up the house (repurposed and disposed of things as necessary) and Chrissy made the paperwork part of the sell a breeze. I could never have imagined so major a transition to be so smooth and stressless as the Dubois team managed to make it. Thank you all!!!

Autumn and her team helped me several times during the last few years. Their primary goal was always my complete satisfaction. Two transactions went very smoothly, one transaction threw some bumps and bruises but ultimately worked out, and one transaction fell apart during the inspection process. Autumn and Laura were professional, knowledgeable, always responsive, and very caring. They had my back through it all, and also have a great network to help with whatever arises. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give their team a 6!

Thank you Dubois Property Group for having the best real estate agent I’ve come across in many, many years. Two words: Laura Ivey. My husband and I are so beyond impressed with how every aspect of the selling process was handled beginning to end. There are so many instances where Laura went above and beyond for us and made us feel very catered to and highly cared for. She will go to bat for you in everything that comes up and does extensive research with any requests from the buyer. We received multiple offers above asking price and were almost completely booked for two days straight Friday & Saturday with showings to the point where we had to set a cutoff for offers. This is because of the level of care, details, and advice we were advised by Laura prior to listing and also the amazing photography provided. We will be working with Laura again to sell my grandparents home shortly and are very excited for round two! The process was so beyond stress free that there were periods of downtime waiting for the buyers closing date where I forgot we were selling our home. Everything from pricing and comps, hand delivering our due diligence check to us with 3 hours of driving on her part, to handling staging our home, it was a breeze! She’s also very knowledgeable and has access to many different areas of NC which is so beneficial and sets her apart from other agents as our home was on the border of two MLS systems. I’d recommend Laura Ivey any day of the week, year, millennium!
