I highly recommend Ava Parker Preston as a realtor. Ava helped me to purchase my first home in Laurel, MD and I had the best experience in working with her. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and about options for financing. She listened when I shared my wishlist for my dream home and quickly filtered her search efforts to accommodate my requests. She never pressured me into making a purchase, which I greatly appreciated. Ava also has a down to earth personality and a great sense of humor, which made home searching with her even more enjoyable. I look forward to working with her again one day.
