Avery Meizner, known as The New Home Guy, is a New Mexico real estate specialist helping buyers in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Los Lunas purchase brand-new construction homes with confidence. He works primarily with first-time buyers and renters (but has also helped many seniors downsize and many veterans who did not know about all their benefits) who wanted a clear, simple path to homeownership without feeling overwhelmed. He volunteers every Monday at the VA Hospital along with Senior Lender, Wes Moore, to give local veterans financial information to help better their lives.

Avery received a BBA in Accounting and prior to becoming a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker, spent two decades on Wall Street, where he honed his negotiating and strategic skills. He has owned a half dozen rental properties over time.
