Azar has extensive knowledge of the NOVA region, and employed that knowledge to our benefit. He ultimately helped us find and close on a home in a city we previously thought was out of our price range. When you have Azar as your realtor you not only have access to him but his team. He introduced me to both his lender, and escrow company, well before we ever selected a house. The lender was able to offer me by far the best rates of anyone and provided me with significant savings. Having bought a house before, I knew one of the most worrisome moments would be negotiating price with the seller. Not with Azar. I told Azar my top offer and that I wouldn't go a cent higher under any circumstance. The seller repeatedly tried to counter offer but Azar held the line. He knew I wouldn't budge, so neither did he. I was never bothered with the stress of negotiating, he did it all for me, and he secured the house I wanted, for the price I wanted, well under the list price. With the housing market as competitive as it is today, this was very impressive. All things considered, I was truly lucky to have Azar and his team representing me during my purchase.
