Ben Koerner began his real estate career in the late 1980s after earning his Business Management degree from Fort Hays State University. With over three decades of experience in the Phoenix Metro market, he has represented thousands of buyers, sellers, and landlords across all types of real estate.

A second-generation Arizona native, Julie was raised in Scottsdale and has proudly called Gilbert home since 1996. With a background in new home sales and leadership, she brings more than 25 years of real estate experience—and a passion for smart, strategic marketing—to the team.

Julie leads all behind-the-scenes operations and creative direction. She manages listing media, flyer and postcard design, social media content, newsletters, and bi-weekly email campaigns that keep the team top-of-mind with a broad sphere of past clients, prospects, and industry connections. She also oversees accounting, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day systems that keep the business running seamlessly.
