As nervous first-time buyers Ben was incredibly helpful the entire way, answering all we needed to know and making sure everything went smoothly through the entire process. It was only natural that we'd think of him again when it came time to sell some years later. He made sure that when it went on the market that it was beautifully presented and ready to be sold for the best price, and now that we've sold he continues to be available should we need help/advice.

My wife and I feel fortunate to have Ben as our agent! We greatly appreciate how proactive, personable, and determined he is. He thinks ahead and goes out of his way to make sure our transactions go smoothly and quickly. Ben was also generous in giving advice and suggestions which we find very helpful as 1st-time raw land buyers. He's easy to talk to and always available for questions. We worked with Ben on a recent home purchase in this crazy Seattle area market during the Spring/Summer of 2021. Ben was always willing to travel far and wide to show us homes (our search area spanned south to Tacoma, north to Arlington, and east to Sultan). One of the things we loved most was that Ben was always eager to pick up the phone and call a listing agent with questions. After viewing 66 homes and making 8 offers we finally landed a wonderful home. I won't lie, this market is stressful and at times it got the better of all of us, but in the end I don't think we'd be in the house we are without Ben's hard work and communication.

Ben helped sell my house. He is an amazing broker. He helped me fix up parts of my house to make it more appeasing to other buyers. The work that needed to be done was stripping wallpaper and painting. He can over to assist whenever he had the time. I would totally recommend him for anyone looking to sell a home.

Ben just helped us purchase our first home! He was absolutely fantastic throughout each phase of the process. He was very patient when showing us homes all over King County. He clearly listened to what we were looking for and delivered! Ben also answered all of our questions very quickly no matter the day/time. He is always very competent, and easy going. Ben was an amazing help in all phases of my home purchase. He always listened to what I was looking for and stayed with me even when it took me over a year to decide I was even going buy a home. Ben made the whole experience feel less stressful, definitely even fun some of the time. He was always there for me like any friend would be. Ben is fantastic. I was very anxious about the Seattle market and the size of a purchase we were going to have to make. He was patient with me and all of my questions and nervousness and handled it like a champ. He's very laid back and not "salesman-y".
