We contacted Ben with an almost impossible task. List, Market, Sell and Close on our home in less than 1 month. Not only did Ben deliver on our "Mission Impossible" but was there with us, to answer questions, guide us on the purchase of our next home, coach us on how to best present our home for prospective buyers, and generally be there to respond to any of our panicked text/phone messages.

Our daughter and her husband used Ben to purchase a new home last year. They were so happy with his work that we didn't hesitate to use him to purchase our new home.

We were in a bit of a hurry to find a new home to buy as the owner of the home we were leasing decided to sell it, and we would have to move. At one point we considered buying the home that we were currently leasing. Ben negotiated with the owner to drop the price $20,000. We decided to buy new construction instead. Ben negotiated with that builder to provide over $11,000 in incentives.

Ben played a very active role throughout the whole process, providing us great advice along the way. He knows people and places very well. We offer the strongest recommendation to use Ben for your real estate needs.

Ben was absolutely the best realtor broker that my husband and I have ever worked with, he was extremely professional. Ben not only helped the process of our land purchase feel comfortable and easy, he also assisted in keeping us calm and collected during the countering process. He has great communication and really cares about his clients. Further, he came to the closing of our land at the title company in Santa Fe, when his office is stationed in Albuquerque, this was so much appreciated.
