About Benjamin

Benjamin Reeves is the CEO of The Titan Team with Keller Williams Advantage, serving the State College, Pennsylvania region, and Keller Williams Alliance, serving Charlottesville, Virginia. Raised in Charlottesville, Benjamin has deep roots in the community and a long-standing commitment to service and leadership. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) and is a founding member and current Chair of CAAR’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council.

Before entering real estate, Benjamin spent 13 years with the Albemarle County Police Department, rising to the rank of First Sergeant. His dedication to community during his law enforcement career seamlessly transitioned into his work as a REALTOR®, where he brings extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods, regional development plans, and housing market trends.

Benjamin is passionate about helping others—whether guiding first-time buyers, assisting growing families, or supporting those looking to downsize. His clients benefit from his responsive, informed, and compassionate approach.

Outside of real estate, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his two Great Danes, Stella and Loki, and exploring the vibrant culture, restaurants, and events in both State College and Charlottesville with his husband.

The Titan Team is named in honor of Benjamin’s beloved Great Dane, Titan, whose gentle spirit inspires the team’s mission: to extend warmth and inclusivity to every client. The team is deeply committed to increasing homeownership in minority communities and fostering a sense of belonging through every transaction.

From sponsoring State College Pride to donating a portion of profits to animal rescue organizations in Titan’s memory, the team actively works to make a positive impact.
