Bert Woodall

Bert Woodall is a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in the Triangle area. Growing up in Henderson, Bert moved to Durham after earning his BS from the University of North Carolina in 1991. His early experiences as an Eagle Scout and a leader in the Durham Jaycees laid a strong foundation of integrity, service, and community involvement.

With a North Carolina Real Estate License since 2005, Bert has been a Residential Listing Specialist from the start. He holds the Graduate REALTOR Institute designation and has been an active member of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors (DRAR), the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. His leadership roles include serving on the DRAR Board since 2005 and the Board of Directors since 2020, as well as chairing the Grievance Committee from 2016 to 2023. Currently, Bert is President for DRAR for 2025.

As an owner of West & Woodall Real Estate, and Broker-in-Charge of Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate and West & Woodall Property Management, Bert leads companies recognized among the top in the Triangle by the Triangle Business Journal. Under his leadership, West & Woodall Residential Real Estate has consistently ranked in the Top 20 since 2018, and Pickett Sprouse in the Top 15 since 2019. Additionally, West & Woodall Residential Real Estate has been honored as "The Best of Durham" by Durham Magazine for five years.
