Beth was a God send! I guess Realtors have to deal with divorce situations all the time, but I can't imagine anyone handling our situation with more grace. She helped us prepare for the sale, and held the house open two weekends in a row. She kept each of us apprised of the comments, input and offers. She explained the options and got our feedback. If I had a question or concern, I could call and know that I would have a return call within the day. The house was under contract in about 10 days! After the contract she (and her amazing husband) assisted in resolving the petty issues brought up by the appraiser/inspector.

There was a last minute change to the closing date, and I was unable to be there, but Beth resolved that issue by having me sign the documents, etc. early, while my husband signed on the new date. Beth was with both of us for the closing. She answered all of my questions (my last closing was over 30 years ago) , and I'm sure that my husband would say the same thing.

I have recommended her to several friends who are thinking of selling. I really can't say enough about her knowledge, and her amazing customer service!

I was very pleased with Beth Grant and Long and Foster. She was available for my many questions and offering great advice. I wanted my house to appeal to the appropriate buyer without being on the market for an extended period of time. Beth advised me on improvements to make and I listened and followed her advice since she is the expert and got my house sold in short amount of time, and it looked great. I would recommend her to everyone. You can't go wrong with Beth Grant.

We had an outstanding experience with Beth! After we cut ties with our first realtor mid-stream, Beth was tasked with stepping in and picking up the pieces. And boy did she. Through her calm demeanor and professionalism she worked tirelessly to get us to the end and sell our house above the asking price and with minimal contingencies.
