Betto Diaz

Betto was born in South America, in the mountains of Peru where he grew up. He came to the United States as a traveler in 1992, and after seeing the spectacular beauty of the Rocky Mountains, decided to make colorful Colorado his home. He became a US citizen in 2010

He has been working in Real Estate since August of 2001. He really enjoyed his first year, and the business came naturally to him. His first deal was to help a group of Christians buy a church in Longmont. The process was very rewarding, and he decided this was what he wanted to do for a profession. He joined Frontier GMAC Real Estate a few months later, and this is where he got the formal training to become a professional. It was a large office with an amazing managing broker who filled everyone with the desire to succeed. It felt like one big family, and he was highly motivated to be one of the top producers in the office.

Later in early 2002, Frontier GMAC was bought by Coldwell Banker. This was a very good year for real estate in Colorado, and he worked hard to make it special. At the end of that year he received the “Rookie of the Year” award for Coldwell Banker for all of the offices in the State of Colorado. This was the beginning of his long and successful career in Real Estate.

Over the past 17 years he has striven to build on his early success by continually upgrading his education and working with the premier Real Estate companies in the Denver area. He has a deep understanding of the local market and how to achieve the best results for his clients. His goal is to use his knowledge and experience to deliver a superior effort towards meeting their needs. He truly enjoys the business, and it shows!
