Bhavani is very professional, experienced and helpful agent.
She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with
the mortgage banker and till close the offer. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process.

Bhavani is very knowledgable and an awesome agent to work with. She is very Professional and at the same time very caring agent I ever saw. She has lot of patience to show the houses until we find our dream home with all the requirements we are looking for. If the house is not good she will let her buyers know that this is not worth so much which not many other agents does to get the commission all will say just go for it. I was looking for houses for past few months with Bhavani as agent. I am glad I chose her. She is very easy to work with, straight talker, attentive to buyers requirements and always available. Bhavani is very knowledge about NOVA area and guided us on shortlisting the neighborhoods. No pressure agent to close an house which is very important in current bidding situation. She has even stopped us on overbidding on houses. If a house or location is not good, she will let us know. Highly recommend her.

Bhavani is an very knowledge and an amazing agent to work with. If the house is not good she will let her buyers know that this is not worth so much. In such a crazy sellers market its hard to find someone who understands buyers requirements and works with them. If it was some other agent to get the commission all will say just go for it its so good.
