Bill Brimie

Bill’s understanding of excellent service is a result of his diverse background in real estate sales. As a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2004 and a broker since 2009 Bill has experienced a wide spectrum of real estate transactions. The national real estate market has seen its ups and downs over the past decade and Arizona is no exception. Since the boom of the early 2000’s and the crash of 2008, then back to the strong market that we have experienced over the past couple of years Bill has managed to stay ahead of the curve through constant education and hard work.

Bill has an extensive background in the sale of distressed property both selling foreclosures for large national banks and his expertise in the short sale process, as well as representing investors.

In 2009 Bill founded Rio Salado Realty LLC.
Rio Salado is a full service real estate brokerage specializing in corporate relocation field.
Corporate clients include: Pinnacle West (APS), American Airlines, Kudelski Security and Carlisle Fluid Technologies.

Bill met his wife Lisa while attending college at ASU (Go Sun Devils). After graduation Bill and Lisa got married and started building there family in Gilbert, Arizona. Bill and Lisa have three children; Catherine, Maggie and William Jr. The Brimies live in Val Vista Lakes and their daughters attend Val Vista Lakes Elementary School.
