Widely recognized as one of South Florida’s most successful real estate expert’s, Bill cuts a distinctive path in the South Florida real estate community. Whether selling condominiums in Miami Beach, apartment buildings in Hollywood or water front homes in Fort Lauderdale – Bill’s knowledge of the area makes him the “go to” guy for real estate. He has the experience of selling pre-construction condominiums while Director of Sales for the Related Group’s ICON Las Olas and for the Trump Organizations, Trump Hollywood project giving him in depth knowledge of the luxury condominium market necessary to help guide buyers and sellers through this complex market. Bill approaches work and life with his own unique combination of intelligence, passion, and humor.

Equal parts seasoned professional, experienced negotiator, and charming storyteller, Bill has been involved in some of the largest real estate transactions in the area. From selling waterfront estate homes to penthouse castles in the sky Bill has thorough knowledge of all aspects of the real estate environment. Bill served on the organizing committee for the Broward County Master Brokers Forum (MBF), and currently on the MBF Board for Miami-Dade County. Bill also serves on the board of the Miami Design Preservation League in Miami, FL and was recently appointed to the City of Miami Beach Transportation and Parking Committee.

Originally from the Midwest Bill is a graduate of The Linsly School in Wheeling, West Virginia and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he graduated from the business school with an emphasis on marketing and finance. Prior to his career in real estate Bill worked a variety of jobs. He owned and operated Beacon Valuation Company in Boston, Massachusetts, a residential real estate appraisal company. Bill is currently involved in a capital fund raising campaign for his college fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon and since 1989 serves as the class agent for the annual fund raising drive for his prep school.
