Bill Kenny is a seasoned Real Estate Agent and Investor with over a decade of experience in the industry. His journey began in 2011 when he purchased his first rental property, which ignited his passion for Real Estate investing. By 2013, he had immersed himself in the field and had gained enough knowledge to venture into wholesaling investment properties and building a small rental portfolio using and perfecting the BRRRR strategy.
Bill's commitment to the industry led him to obtain his real estate license in 2015, where he continued to grow his business over the years. Working with sellers and Investors, Bill has developed his skill set to help his clients achieve their real estate goals to maximize their returns.
In 2018, he formed a successful business partnership that involved creating a local Real Estate Investment (REI) meetup, (I-81 REI meetup network) and flipping homes, resulting in hundreds of successful closings.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, Bill's portfolio has expanded to include multiple ventures. He now operates a mature realtor business, holds multiple rental units and owner finance notes, runs a local hard money business, and owns several storage businesses. Through his dedication, expertise, and vast experience, Bill has established himself as a reputable figure in the local Real Estate industry.
