She was always there with answers and if she didn't have them, it wouldn't take anything before I heard back from her with the answer I requested. After almost 3 years of searching off and on for a home, we finally made a purchase. Blanca has got to be the most patient realtor out there. She's helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She makes herself available, answers calls and texts at all times and makes you feel like her most important client all while juggling multiple clients. Blanca Dover recently represented us in the sale of our rental property. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She guided us through the process every step of the way from evaluating the market and pricing through the escrow and the closing process.

Blanca went above and beyond helping us and making recommendations on remodeling options, and staging the property herself just beautifully. Her marketing was top notch and as soon as we were ready, she held an Open House that weekend. Thanks to Blanca's marketing, the Open House received heavy traffic and we received multiple offers that day, including one at $10,000 above asking price!

From start to finish Blanca was always responsive, guided and explained each phase, and did everything she could to assist us. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Blanca and we are so happy we chose her as our realtor.

Blanca was helpful, professional and attentive always. We feel that she was not only knowledgeable in the house market, she was passionate, genuine and was honest. She was very easy to work with and was always willing to answer our questions. She ensured that we understood every step of the process and everything was clear and because of that we felt confident in the purchase that we were making specially with it being the biggest decisions that someone makes in their life. Going in and being a first-time home buyer is naturally a scary experience and what we ended up thinking would be stressful ended up being a more pleasant experience then we thought it could be. Blanca was great, really helping us and going the extra mile in our fairly complex house purchase. Beyond the help she provided in finding a highly desirable house at a reasonable price, she was instrumental in getting our offer accepted and the escrow closed. In order to make our offer more attractive against competing offers she helped us structure it with a lease-back so the sellers' children could finish the school year, which is what ultimately led to our offer being selected. She deftly handled some unique situations through escrow, and held our hand throughout the closing process. We wouldn't have our dream home had it not been for Blanca.
