Bonnie went the extra mile for us. She not only helped us find our home, she also helped us find a loan. She emailed us prospects as soon as she found them and called weekly. As we were waiting for our approval, she kept in touch with us, encouraging us, when it seemed bleak. She didn't show us houses that were out of our range, which I have experienced with a Realtor in the past. We are new to the area, (from Michigan) she seemed to know every area well. She understood every aspect of buying a home, she knew what questions to ask the seller. We never felt alone in this quest! It felt like a friend was guiding us through the entire process. She was always on time to showings. I would highly recommend her to a friend or family member looking for a home. Bonnie was always three steps ahead of the situation. There were no surprises. 3rd house we went after we did settle and are extremely happy with. 2 failed attempts for problems with common driveway, and some underhanded dealings by another party.
