Bonnie was recommended to us by a friend. She had our house sold in less than a week, and worked with our lender and the title company to get us closed on our new house in 17 days!! That timing is uncommon, but especially in 2020.

We really appreciated how Bonnie didn’t pressure us to get our house on the market as fast as possible. She said she’d “be ready when we were.” She helped us get through what is a stressful process, with many moving parts. She made sure we understood details that sometimes buyers gloss over in this competitive market. She was always so quick to answer texts or emails, and communicated if she needed to change an appointment time. We were impressed with her knowledge and familiarity of the areas in which we were looking to buy. We felt she really had a good grasp on what sellers would want in that market.

Bonnie was respectful of our time, and we never felt any pressure at any point. We felt Bonnie got us a good, fair price on the home we sold, as well as the one we bought.

In an industry where so many are just in it for the quick money, it can be refreshing to navigate the landscape of real estate transactions with someone who is a true artisan of their craft. Bonnie represents everything people should look for in an agent: integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, and most importantly family values. She took the time to get to know my family and listened to every small detail we needed as both buyers and sellers. To say that Bonnie knows her business is an extreme understatement. She is also extremely personable and listens to what your saying. This allows her to make most of the client’s time by showing homes that meet your needs and not simply everything that’s listed with X bedrooms and Y bathrooms.
The fact that I have worked with her on 7 home transactions, both buying and selling, speaks for itself. She has helped buy and sell homes for my wife and me, our daughter’s family and my brother. Her knowledge and marketing skills have been invaluable in pricing effectively and guiding us in preparing offers. She has provided sound direction in preparing our homes for sale and making recommendations as to what is cost effective to do and what is not. This has saved us money on every sale.

Over the course of the last five years I have both bought and sold a house using Bonnie as my realtor. I've bought a number of houses in my life and Bonnie was by far the best person I have worked with. She is honest in what to expect, and was always ahead of the game in making sure every i was dotted and t crossed. With her knowledge of the market she put me in a position to buy a house even though we did not come in with the highest offer, and got more than asking price when selling. She came highly recommended to me, and I would encourage anyone buying or selling to use her.

Speaking from experience Bonnie is by far the most trust worthy person to guide anyone through the home buying AND selling process. Her attention to detail and knowledge in the industry really put my family and I at ease. When we moved to the area almost 10 years ago she walked us through the purchase of our first home.
