If I could rate 10/10 I would. From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience with Brad. He was patient and took the time to understand what it was I wanted. I decided to sell my house on fairly short notice due to a change of station, Brad walked me through the whole process as this was my first time selling a home.

Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently from day one through my closing date. Brad got me a great offer and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.

Brad and the team at Excel not only took care of everything but made me feel like family in the process. I wouldn’t go to anyone else if I were buying or selling in the area again
