Brad Lewis

Brad received his real estate license in 1998, the same year he graduated from Shepherd College with a degree in Business Administration/Office Technology. Brad is an Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors Hall of Fame Top Producer, having made the Top Producer Club 18 out of 19 years in business. He started managing 8 rentals in 1998 and now manages over 70 single-family homes, apartments, and commercial properties. At the peak of the banking/mortgage crisis in 2010, Brad solely managed over 110 units. Having resided in Shepherdstown since 1975, he tries to specialize in this particular area with regard to home/land sales and property management services. He worked his way through college being employed as a laborer/carpenter in home and bridge construction so a sound work ethic is at his core. In comparison to those previous jobs, nothing is too hard for him to tackle. Today Brad finds himself rooted in Shepherdstown, happily married to Jainee Tinker for over 10 years, and the father of two wonderful children, Bailey 9, and Cameron 6. Jainee is a 3rd Grade teacher at Shepherdstown Elementary School. They reside just outside of Shepherdstown on a peaceful 57-acre farm with a 1918 farmhouse they lovingly restored back in 2012.
