Bradley MacLay is a real estate broker and property manager with MacLay Real Estate, LLC serving Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding suburbs. Since 2002, he has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the purchase, sale, and management of residential houses, condos, and income properties, including distressed, probate, & guardianship properties.

Known as a highly ethical, trusted advisor, Brad has guided hundreds of clients through the process of buying and selling real estate; facilitating mutually beneficial outcomes and creating a positive experience for all clients served. With a specialty in evaluating and accurately valuing properties and negotiating a win-win solution for all stakeholders, each client is guaranteed the best sale, purchase, and rental prices for their situation.

The recipient of numerous awards, Brad was recognized as the Certified Residential Specialist – Arizona Chapter "Realtor of the Year" in 2018 and 2015. Additionally, the MacLay Real Estate team received the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors' "Top Producing Team Award" for generating annual gross sales volume in excess of $5 million each year from 2013 through 2018.

Motivated to stay abreast of industry knowledge, Brad has made a commitment to developing his skills and regularly attends a wide variety of continuing education courses. Brad earned his broker's license in 2008 and competed a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Phoenix in 2000. He holds designations as both a Certified Residential Specialist and a Certified Distressed Property Expert and is currently working on a Certified Residential Property Manager designation, which he expects to complete soon. Additionally, he participates in bi-monthly strategic small business coaching sessions to continuously improve business operational systems, processes, and procedures.

All clients receive a professional market analysis report and targeted recommendations to address both buyers and seller's needs, a credit redeemable for three hours of complimentary repair and maintenance work performed by a professional in-house maintenance technician, and access to a vetted network of trusted partners, including title and mortgage companies, Professional home Stagers, property and termite inspectors, HVAC specialists, etc. Each exclusive listing receives value-added services, such as a complimentary staging consultation, assistance with preparation for professional photography and videography, a professional marketing program, and promotion via a large national network of professional real estate agent partners.

Active in the industry, Brad is a long-term member of the National Association of Realtors and the former two-term President of the Arizona Council of Residential Specialists (2015 & 2017). He holds membership in Southeast Valley Association of Realtors and serves as the Board Vice President for the Tempe Professionals Networking Group. Additionally, Brad donates a great deal of time and energy to his children's youth activities.

When not working with clients, Brad enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, exploring new locations, and playing a mean game of tennis.

Bradley MacLay is a native of Arizona and has lived in the Phoenix area since the early 1990's. After spending several years working in the mortgage banking industry, Brad decided to quit his job and transition into real estate sales in 2002. He founded MacLay Real Estate LLC shortly thereafter. His wife, Jennifer, joined the business as an agent in 2005. In 2008, Brad and Jen founded an extremely successful property management business that grew from one residential property to 240 properties within ten years of operations.
