We can’t rave enough about Brandon! A cross country relocation is stressful and oft times very confusing. After seeing a few properties with Brandon, we knew we were in good hands.

Brandon went above and beyond to make sure our first home buying experience was smooth and as easy as possible. I can’t recommend him enough if you are in the market for a new home. He has an extreme knowledge of the market in Atlanta which helped us find our first house. Brandon has continued to help us throughout the process with contacts for house improvements which have all been fantastic. Brandon Patterson is AWESOME!!! Moving from Texas to Georgia was already stressful. Brandon made the whole buying out of state process less stressful!! He was able to show us houses via FT and videos. He would drive through the neighborhood and local shopping centers so we could get a feel of the area. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and concerns. He recommended a lot of great contractors for the home we bought. So far I have not been disappointed. Brandon is TOP CLASS. This wasn't our first experience buying a home & we've been lucky to work with really great agents in the past, but Brandon is in a whole class of his own. In such a tough market, he was able to find us exactly what we need after only 2 months of actively searching. His responsiveness is unbelievable; an extremely hard worker, seems to work 24/7 and really cares about getting you a property you'll be happy with. I can't count how many properties he took us out to see; we also loved that he never pushed his opinions on properties on you while still giving you his honest feedback. He definitely let us be in the driver's seat of our home search.

Brandon also has such a positive and calm attitude which is so necessary with the current volatility of the market. He never gets discouraged and urges you to feel the same. He is very knowledgeable about the landscape and always willing to answer all questions and help where he can. When we finally closed, he was very helpful with recommending equally amazing vendors for us since we wanted to do some updating before we moved in. We would recommend Brandon to anyone any day...that is the level of confidence we have in his abilities. Don't think twice!

Words can't describe the relief it was to find Brandon to help my husband and me with our home search. We were looking from across the country, and he made the entire process very smooth for us. Can't give Brandon enough stars. We were new to the Atlanta area and had no real clue what we were looking for in a bonkers market with folks way overpaying for houses. Brandon was super patient with us, showing us so many houses I'm honestly embarrassed to admit. He helped hone in on what we liked/disliked, and what our priorities were. When we finally found what we thought was the right home for our family, he counseled us out of it after the inspection showed some red flags, even though he stood to make good money and lose us as his rookie clients. We started to get stressed and he remained calm and ultimately found us the perfect place. Which we got for less than ask and with $25k in instant equity after appraisal. He knew how important it was to us to have a solid long term investment. Not to mention he is a workaholic and incredible communicator. Seriously couldn't recommend Brandon any more. He'll be our agent and friend for life.

I was referred to Brandon by a friend of mine (and several coworkers who had worked with him as well) and quickly realized why he was so highly recommended. I was unfamiliar with the process as a first time home buyer and Brandon handled nearly every single aspect of the purchase wile keeping me informed along the way. He was professional and made sure I got the perfect house at the best value.

I also worked with Brandon to sell my home and he was knowledgeable about what will pay off when selling a home so I followed his guidance and with a few pre-listing fixes, I was able to sell my home for more than I expected and significantly faster than anticipated.

I saw another review that labeled Brandon as a "platinum service" agent and after working with a different agent in a different market, I couldn't agree more.

Through the process of making offers that were not accepted, Brandon helped manage our emotions and disappointments and he kept things moving forward in a positive way. We made a plan to come to Atlanta to look in person and prior to arriving, Brandon had reached out to other realtors to see if there were properties not yet listed or available for showings, that might meet our needs.
