Most homeowners do not realize the sheer amount of legislation that is proposed each year that would erode their rights and limit the free use of their property plus typically results in higher costs for every homebuyer and property owner. Some of the issues we deal with directly every year include transfer taxes (additional substantial taxes every time the property is sold, or title transferred), proposals to limit or do away with the mortgage interest deduction, and a myriad of zoning issues. I love being an advocate for property owners!”
Brenda surrounds herself with a small group of like-minded, devoted team members. Leslie Stewart is a Buyers Broker and Drew Johnson assists both Sellers and Buyers.
When the team is not showing property or crunching numbers, their spare time is spent volunteering for community projects, sponsoring and coaching youth sports teams, and kissing a Pig for the Pass the Pig FFA fundraiser.
