My husband and I were complete wrecks after having experienced the Spring 2021 real estate market when we started working with Brendan. He took the time to listen to our frustrations, hopes, and wishes, and quickly began laying out some strategies. He was creative with suggestions, researched homes for us, and in a very short period of time found us a perfect house in an area that we love. Brendan made the process so smooth that we are still shaking our heads in disbelief. After being completely traumatized by our first attempts at finding a new house, our experience with him was amazing. We weren’t the easiest clients to please but Brendan came through for us in every single area. We couldn’t have been in better hands and would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Dear Brendan,
A long overdue review but irrespective I hope this review serves you well. First off, Brendan is an honest and hardworking agent who will help you get your home. He helped us get a home at a reasonable price during the high bidding war environment. To put it in perspective, he met with us last minute, immediately put in a bid which was due within the hour and followed up with the contract with such immediacy to earn us the home on the eleventh hour. Of course, he answered all of our questions up until and including settlement, and he handled everything needed in between. After the home purchase I was in contact with the seller's agent for an unrelated issue and he mentioned that the buyer's agent (Brendan) was a very responsive and friendly agent with whom to work, which really helped make one's bid stand out amongst the many.

Before this home, he visited many homes with us as well as we all did tele-visits. I found his style of touring homes optimal and it was to our liking. It was not a standard stereotypical agent-buyer walkthrough of introducing every single room and pointing out only positives. We were able to roam around freely without pressure and ask questions along the way. He would point out faults because he knew we were really concerned about foundational issues rather than having a simply pretty home. He never pressured us into a home that we didn't feel right about and even offered his honest opinion to back away even when times seemed desperate. He never gave up on us finding a reasonable home when emotional and physical limits on obtaining a home seemed to be surpassed.

I hope that this review serves Brendan well in his career as I wish him only the best. Without saying, if we were to buy, sell or rent I would hire Brendan again. You can trust Brendan to not give up and to try his best.

We started working with Brendan on finding a house in October 2020. Despite being longtime friends, Brendan’s professionalism really shone throughout the whole process. He always responds quickly, is happy to answer any and all questions (sometimes multiple times) and is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the DMV area. Buying a house is stressful, but Brendan always made us feel comfortable and confident that we would find the perfect house for us. He gave us his honest opinion when we asked for it and never tried to push us into anything we weren’t comfortable with. He made the complicated process of putting in an offer as simple and easy to understand as possible. And when we had an offer accepted, Brendan guided us through the closing process with ease. Choosing Brendan as our agent was the best decision we made in our home buying adventure. If we are ever in the market again, we will be sure to give him a call.

Brendan was the best real estate agent and very patient throughout my home search process. He was very knowledgeable on the neighborhoods and properties that we viewed. During each visit, he was helpful in responding to my questions (providing honest answers and feedback/ not just what I wanted to hear) and then was also diligent in following up on any other questions that he needed to go back to the seller’s agent for clarification on. Brendan brought a relaxed and no-pressure attitude to my home search which allowed me to find the home that met all of my needs and specifications without the pressure of rushing into something. Brendan would be the first real estate agent who I would call should I need to buy a home in the future and I would gladly recommend him to any friends or family in the market for buying a new home. Brendan even helped me through the closing process and stopped by after to check in on things. Buying a home can be a stressful experience and you can only hope you select the right realtor to ease your mind. We hit a grand slam when we chose Brendan to help us along with this life milestone. Not only was Brendan incredibly responsive whenever we had a question, he was preemptive in answering questions we didn't know we had. Brendan knew the loan and home buying processes and effectively prepared us. For anyone who is looking for a realtor to help them through buying a home, I recommend Brendan one hundred times over.

My husband and I would highly recommend #movingwithmulley, Brendan Mullenholz. Brendan went out of his way (literally) up here in Baltimore to find us the perfect home.
We must have walked through more than 30 homes trying to find the perfect fit for our family. Brendan commuted to us from the DC area for weekends on end, providing us listings, guidance and a vast knowledge that we as first time home buyers had no clue how to navigate. This includes the random texts, assuaging of worries and also being a marital counselor helping my husband and I find perspective as we worked through such a large purchase. Home buying can be stressful!
When we finally found our perfect home, the pandemic threw a wrench in the closing works. Brendan worked diligently to move up our closing date and time to literally hours before the city shut down.
He, along with the selling team, promoted a safe, distanced close and got us into our home knowing our apartment lease was up and new tenants were moving in just as quickly as we were trying to get out!

What else is there to say besides AMAZING!!!! I have been looking at buying my 1st ever piece Real Estate for over 18 months. As soon as I teamed up with Brendan, everything fell into place. Thanks to his Expertise and Extensive Knowledge on the Housing Market, the different areas in the DMV area, and local amenities per region, I was able to find My Home.

He did an amazing job. WE CLOSED EXACTLY 2 WEEKS AFTER SUBMITTING OUR OFFER. Brendan did a ton of work behind the scene to make myself, a 1st Time Home Buyer, feel in control and knowledgeable about the whole process. The whole negotiation process was a breeze with his help.

What seems like a scary obstacle, Brendan eases with his GREAT Personality.

I will 100% recommend Brendan Mullenholz to anyone that wants a great experience in the home buying / selling process!!

As a first time buyer, I thought the process of purchasing would be overwhelming and exhausting. Then I started working with Brendan. He went above and beyond in working with me to find the perfect place. He was available 24/7 and went out of his way on multiple occasions for last minute viewings, often making time on the weekends to accommodate my schedule. Brendan took the time to educate me and and help me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the entire process. He was spot-on with every piece of advice offered...I can't say enough about how hard-working he is.

One of the best qualities about Brendan's work ethic is his honesty. He will invest the time to understand your needs and wants, and will tell you when its time to "move on and keep looking". He places his clients first - something I consider invaluable when making a decision as important as buying a home.
