Practicing real estate since 2005, Brent brings a rare combination of financial acumen and intuitive client service to every transaction. Known for his strong analytical skills, tactful negotiation style, and deep market knowledge, he consistently ranks among the highest-producing agents in the region, with annual sales volumes exceeding $150 million.

Brent is a leading force in the new construction market, having represented iconic developments across every quadrant of the city—from Cleveland Park to Capitol Hill. His ability to set price records for sellers is well established, with benchmarks reached in numerous buildings, blocks, and neighborhoods throughout the District.

Originally from West Virginia, Brent earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration with a focus in finance from West Virginia University. He is also a passionate real estate investor, with renovation and development projects spanning D.C., West Virginia, New York City, and Florida.

When he’s not advising clients or touring new builds, he enjoys playing basketball, cheering on his favorite teams, and exploring the ever-evolving neighborhoods of Washington, D.C.
