I contacted Brett when my brother spoke so highly of him after his house buying process went well earlier this year. Brett respected that I had a price range I needed to stay within and he was able to work with my schedule when we went to look at houses. I fell in love with the third house we looked at, it was after we chose the house that everything became stressful. Brett was there for me every step of the way. I felt I was the only one he was working with as he answered calls promptly, followed up when he said that he would and I felt more confident in the whole process having him by my side. He would call to check on me and see how I was doing, knowing that I had total breakdown in communication with my loan officer. When that happened he then became mediator and if it was not for him I would have walked away from it all because I was fed up with my loan officer. Brett took time to explain things to me that were above and beyond his job description and many times it didn't seem like he was my realtor but instead a big brother who was looking out for me. I would recommend Brett to anyone. Why would you have just a realtor when you can have a friend. Brett, thanks again!

Brett Felz at Sellstate Ace Realty helped us find our house in Castle Rock, Colorado after moving here from Chicago. Not knowing the local areas too well, Brett was extremely knowledgeable of the Front Range residential real estate industry and made the home search/buying process extremely easy and seamless. Brett took us through areas of Parker, Castle Rock, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, etc., and was able to give us invaluable information on the areas we were looking and helped us narrow our search down and ultimately figure out where we wanted to live. After showing us 35+ houses, Brett knew very quickly during a showing if the house was going to work for us and it allowed us to be very honest if something wasn’t. Brett’s professionalism and work ethic was clearly evident from him scheduling showings around our schedules, adding last minute showings, negotiating on our behalf, helping us during inspections and all the way through closing, Brett was very quick to respond, professional, extremely helpful, willing to go that extra mile for us and ultimately, the best possible real estate agent we could have worked with! I have known Brett Felz for about 6 months while he was helping my wife and i find our home. He was such a pleasure to work with becuase he didnt make us feel like he was our realtor, he made us feel like we were home shopping with a friend. Working with Brett at Sellstate Realty was an awesome experience! His professionalism, knowledge of the industry and approach to selling a house is truly the best! Meeting with Brett for our initial consultation was very easy. He was very organized by providing us with a binder of how everything works from marketing, showings, contracts, etc. He walked us through the entire process. Then Brett took some pictures to really showcase the house and within 2 hours had our house listed. We listed our house on a Friday at 4pm had over 20 showings that weekend and by Monday morning had an offer that was over our asking pricing. We accepted the offer and closed in a month. The entire process took less than a month. I really contribute that to Brett's approach, professionalism and industry knowledge. We recently purchased our second home through using Brett and couldn't be happier with using him again as our realtor! I have known Brett for many years and it was a fun experience to get to work with him on a professional level. He did a great job of listening to what we were looking for in a home and was quick to alert us of new listings that we might be interested in as well as set up quick showings. His flexibilty in time was great for us especially since we have two small children which can make going to look at homes difficult at times. When we did finally find our home Brett was great with taking care of all the paperwork, etc. and getting us through a fast closing.
