Brian Cristiano

Brian Cristiano is an associate at Lyon Stahl. Since joining the team in 2015, Brian has been involved in over 100 commercial and multifamily transactions. His professional experience includes an extensive knowledge of investment property sales and asset valuation. Brian has helped many of his clients complete both sides of their 1031 exchange, and he specializes in helping clients cash out of or trade assets for better cash flow, specifically multifamily income properties, as well as residential and commercial redevelopment opportunities.

Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Brian worked at Resource Pro where he focused on helping clients optimize business processes to maximize their profitable growth. Brian also spent time traveling to Resource Pro’s offshore offices in China to assist in the learning and development department.
