Brian Eastwood is an excellent realtor. Over a period of time he provided unbelievable virtual assistance as I searched for a specific type of property that I was going to buy with my adult daughter. He spent endless hours showing me potential properties and helped me understand the Phoenix market. When I finally found a property, he monitored inspections and repair work that needed to be done before I arrived. I recommend him without reservation.

Buying real estate can be stressful and frustrating. There are so many moving parts and sometimes buyers can feel as though they are lost in the process. Brian Eastwood knows how to get deals closed. Brian was relentless in finding the perfect home for us- despite the fact that we were out-of-state buyers, in a horrible buyers market. While were still out-of-state, Brian would tour and video homes for us to see. Once we were local, he spent countless hours every weekend showing us properties (with a toddler in tow). He was always available and always honest. By the end, I think that Brian knew what I wanted better than I did. In fact, we put an offer in completely sight-unseen because we trusted him that much.

We ended up finding the perfect home, at a price that was below our max budget (unheard of in this market). I honestly miss seeing him every weekend! He will be our realtor for life.

Brian is amazing! He not only sold our house, he was instrumental in the staging process to highlight the house’s best features. Brian was very patient and very honest and open throughout the showings, inspections, and sale process. Selling a home during the early stages of the pandemic was no easy feat, but Brian rolled with the changes and uncertainty and kept the process moving which resulted in a great sale within our preferred time frame. I highly recommend Brian for all of your real estate needs in the Phoenix area!

I've known Brian both personally and professionally for more than 15 years. He's an absolute delight to work with - funny, honest, reliable and incredibly insightful.
