It's very easy to find a realtor but it's hard to find a good one.
Most of them are very attentive until they get your listing, then they dissappear until an offer comes in. Bridget is different, she is one of the few good ones. I sold and bought a house with Bridget as my realtor and could not be happier. On the sale side, she helped me get the house ready and staged for quicker sale and better price. She kept me updated on comps to make sure my house was priced right. From the offer process to negotiating the terms, Bridget stayed on top of my listing straight through to a successful closing. On the buying side, Bridget helped me move fast to win the house I wanted, even in a hot market. Whether buying or selling, Bridget will work hard for you from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
