I cannot recommend Brody and his team enough. We worked with Brody to buy our home in Boulder when the market was at its hottest and he made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Not only is Brody a professional and knowledgeable real estate broker, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the information and resources to make the best decision that fit our unique needs. It was clear that he listened to our needs/wants and honed in on homes that were the best fit for us as we continued to make tours. He took the initiative to find homes for us as soon as they were listed, reach out to us, and schedule tours as quickly as possible. We were impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, the homes we looked at, and the neighborhoods in the areas where we were looking for a home, spanning from Denver to Boulder. He was easy to reach and communicate with and very available to see homes and submit offers in a time crunch. When seeing a home and making offers, Brody provided just the right balance of professional input and giving us space to process and make our own decisions. We were so grateful for his help as we navigated a crazy market and will definitely use him for any of our local real estate needs in the future.
