Brooke Nelson is the founder, owner, and broker of KCRE Real Estate. Her primary focus is to change the real estate industry focusing on home staging, strategic video, and social media marketing which, on average, sold her listings quickly for 101% of the list-to-sale price. She believes this should be a standard in selling homes, with no extra charge to her clients.
After understanding the success of her methods and relentless determination to teach others, she took the leap of faith in 2018 by creating a brokerage she believes will change the way real estate is sold. Her goal is for Kansas City area homeowners to reach the full potential of getting the most money for their homes and teaching other Realtors to follow these strategies.
Only 6 months into starting the company, she opened the design branch of KCRE, employing some of the best designers and home stagers in the area.
Brooke is determined to be an industry leader in real estate, inspire others to reach their full potential, and help her agents overcome fears that are essential to the real estate business by adding a life coach for her agents (Kristine Vineyard, owner of UbWell). Her future goals include providing online courses, authoring a book to help others reach their full potential as high performers, and growing and learning every day to keep up with the technologies of the ever-changing real estate industry.
Brooke is a single mom of two beautiful children, Camryn, and Brady. Camryn is a resolute gymnast and Brady who loves baseball. She has a wonderful support system of friends, family, and colleagues. Her dedication and love of helping friends and colleagues’ network and grow their own businesses as entrepreneurs is what feeds her soul.
