We started to work with Brooks for about 3 months before we found our home. He asked us what our must haves are and ensured that we stayed on track thru the whole process even when we were going to settle for less during our search. He was very quick to respond to all our questions. He made sure we understood his explanation since this was our first time. Brooks was always early to all our appointments. There were many times we felt discouraged and frustrated due to people out bidding us. He ensured us that our house is out there and to be patience. Sure enough Brooks found us our home! He manage to get our home under 50k from asking price. Highly recommend and we look forward to using him again on our next purchase.
