Bryan is highly professional and epitomizes what it means to go above and beyond. He and Marisol were so helpful and answered every question along the way (and we had lots of questions). One of the things I can truly appreciate about Bryan is how ethical he is. In the midst of our home buying process, Bryan alerted me to something that didn't feel right to him. He was dead on and helped us with what could have turned into a disaster. Even when we might have panicked, Bryan was calm throughout and displayed his knowledge and expertise. If we ever purchase another home, Bryan will be the first person I call. It's difficult to find folks who provide the type of service Bryan and Marisol gave us. - J. Rich

What a delight it was to have Bryan and his assistant Marisol represent us in the purchase of a new home, assist us in selecting the ideal area for my family and educating my wife (who is a native Californian) and I on Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Unlike some Realtors, Bryan took time to get to know us and then what was so helpful and the difference maker on our relocation to Raleigh (actually Wake Forest) was Bryan showed us the personality of Raleigh and the different areas helping us to really understand the energy and excitement that exists in Raleigh and the surrounding area. Instead of focusing on a house Bryan helped us fall in love with Raleigh. Then, we found a home. During the escrow process Bryan and Marisol (his assistant) were wonderfully helpful representing us during different inspections and the actual walk through. We are experienced home buyers and sellers but coming from out of state Bryan proactively phoned me with counsel and explanation when I needed advice and education which Bryan provided in a manner that only an experienced pro can do. I also noticed Bryan had a high level of understanding of construction and building which again was helpful in buying a new home. Kudos to Marisol for filming our home after it reached a level of build out and Bryan for showing up at our closing at the attorney's office. My favorite thing about Bryan is he is a genuinely nice person, humble, SMART, and lastly even keel in what sometimes is an emotional experience. Thanks Bryan and Marisol! Bryan & his team are nothing short of amazing. Positives: 1. Patient, but informative when market is picking up. This is his full-time career not a 'part-time' felt like trying real estate type, you can definitely tell the difference. Spent on/off 6 months looking for the 'right fit' and found the PERFECT fit thanks to Bryan. 2. NC local - lives in area and is extremely familiar with neighborhoods/where might be best suited for schools, work, quality of life areas. 3. Diligent - very thorough in making sure inspection reports & repair items are handled. 4. Problem Solver - had a few issues come up and his internal referral system with knowledgeable lawyers, insurance brokers, mortgage referrals were invaluable. 5. Thoughtful - had an emergency family situation where i could not be present at closing, Bryan & Marisol/team went out of their way to make sure all matters were handled and i could do my closing remotely last minute. And brought my new home an awesome NC welcome basket. 6. Troubleshooted potential repairs for future that were not listed in inspection report but from his personal experience as to things to look out for. - Samantha Godfrey
