Burcin Can Metin

Burcin is the Business Partner of the data-driven brokerage Atlasa, and a data engineer and real estate agent in the Bay Area.

The trust she has earned in helping her clients is how she measures her true value to the process. Today’s buyers and sellers are smart and informed, and she sees herself as a valued partner in navigating a successful transaction.

Burcin changed her career path to Real Estate with a background in data science and industrial engineering. While immersing herself in the world of data, she had her interests piqued by real estate market data, which led to her becoming a real estate agent. Burcin utilizes her organization and communication skills to make each transaction as stress-free for her clients as possible using her creativity to find innovative solutions to any problems that arise. Drawing upon her extensive computer science and information systems training, she uses modern-day data analysis and old-school empathy to give her clients the leg-up when it comes to finding homes and closing deals.

Burcin’s understanding of the Bay Area goes beyond her resume, however. Burcin can also be found exploring different parts of the East Bay landscape with her son, husband, and dog Luna, as well as hiking, swimming, and giving back to her community by volunteering at local help centers, schools, and swim teams.
